How monthly capacity works

Each plan provides a monthly allocation covering development, troubleshooting, communication, and planning. Unused capacity does not roll over. Turnaround ranges are planning targets for suitable tasks with complete information and access. They are not a guarantee for every request regardless of size or dependency.

One-off white-label work

For agencies that do not need a monthly retainer, defined one-off work is available from a minimum project fee of £300.

Typical turnaround:

Small tasks: 1-3 working days
Medium tasks: 3-5 working days
Larger scoped work: agreed before starting

Retainer clients receive priority over one-off work.
