What performance work can and cannot do
The service can improve technical bottlenecks within the website, hosting, and agreed scope. It cannot guarantee a particular PageSpeed score, search ranking, or conversion rate where third-party advertising, analytics, embedded tools, hosting limits, or required functionality remain significant constraints.
Any change that could materially affect the design or functionality is discussed before implementation.

Faster, more stable pages can support a better overall website experience and technical SEO, but no specific ranking improvement can be guaranteed.
Will the design change?
The work is implemented carefully to preserve the intended design and functionality. Where a meaningful speed improvement requires a visible or functional compromise, you will be asked before the change is made.
Do you optimise WooCommerce sites?
Yes. Enterprise is the usual fit for WooCommerce, membership, booking, and other dynamic sites because caching, checkout, and logged-in behaviour require additional care.
What access is required?
WordPress administrator and hosting or server access are usually required. A staging site may also be needed for higher-risk changes.
What happens if hosting is the main problem?
The report will explain the limitation and recommend suitable next steps. Hosting migration is not automatically included unless agreed in the project scope.
